This past week, Clark and I have been up in Vacaville with my grandmother. It has been an extremely busy week, taking care of baby, grandma and the neighborhood bunny (my neice's pet, Sarafina). Here is what I have learned...
1.CHARITY NEVER FAILETH! Spencer W. Kimball once said, "God does notice us, and He watches over us. But it is usually through another person that HE meets are needs." This week we have been generously given clothing choices for Clark until he is about 5. I have been truly blessed to have wonderful friends!
2.There are way too many JUDGE SHOWS on TV. I mean seriously, why are there 6 different judge shows on TV? They are all about the same things, yet there has to be Judge Judy, the Peoples Court, Joe Brown etc. It is CRAZY!
3.GOLDEN GIRLS is quite a risky show. Who would have thought a show about wrinkly old grandmas had such risque stuff. Every single episode has something disgusting in it!
4. TRUE FRIENDS ARE LIFE'S GREATEST TREASURE This one could be combined with the first, however, this week I got to meet up with some friends from high school and they brought pictures for me to burn when I get home. Now that is a true friend!
5. Bunnies really do like CARROTS! I thought it was just Bugs Bunny, but nope bunnies really do down those things!
6.TAHOE JOES is one of the happiest places on earth. Its pretty much like Disneyland, without the characters and rides. The food makes my mouth WATER!
7.TELEMARKETERS should be kicked in the shins numerous times. My parents get about 7 phone calls a day from telemarketers. I finally started to pick up then hang up because it was so annoying. Who calls at 8 am anyways? Shins + Kick= Happy Rolene
8. BABIES know more than you think. The baby has known we are somewhere new and loves to explore everything. The only bad part is they realize they are somewhere new at about 3 AM every night! They are smart little people though!
Sorry this is just a random post, but I had such epiphanies this week I thought I would share. I can't wait to see my hubby tonight!!!! P.S. David if you are reading this, Clark has been rocking back and forth on his arms and legs, he will soon be moving everywhere!

So jealous!!!....I heard Trent got to see you. Sounds like you guys had lots of fun. So when are we doing a big reunion get together anyways? That so needs to happen soon! Would be totally awesome! By the way, Emily felt so special for her birthday. So nice of you! :-) She had a fun time hanging out and getting to know you.
Yes I love random epiphanies like the ones you listed. It is so fun to just have some good old RANDIMOTY in your life. :) I especially loved the one about Tahoe Joes. Aaron and I had our first date ever there back in 2002. And we also love Disneyland. Ha.
HAHA, your Golden Girls comment just made my day. I laugh so hard when ever I see that show because it is old grandmas and risque stuff!! Miss you!
