Yesterday we took Clark on his first real train ride. It was National Train Day and our local commuter train, The Coaster, was participating. We got reduced fair tickets to go to downtown San Diego and goody bags to take with us. Once we got downtown, we walked the Embarcadero (right next to the ocean) and looked at the sailboats and cruise ships (Clark is into boats these days). We also went to the Mercato and Cafe Zucchero in Little Italy for some true Italiano food. YUMMY!
