Last week we got to spend a couple of days in my mom's hometown of Othello, WA. Its always fun to go there because its so laid back, which makes it a great vacay place for us. We stayed at my Uncle Eric & Aunt Lorraine's house, and every morning David beamed because he woke up to the wonderful smell of cinnamon rolls and other yummy things. My Aunt Lorraine should seriously have her own cooking show, she is that good! We got to do lots of different things that we wouldn't normally do, and Clark loved playing outside. It was nice not to worry about cars or even strangers around!

We got to go to the Roylance pond with cousins Katie, Julee and her little one Maddie. They have a full on waterslide, but unfortunately we found out leeches are there too. Here is a collage of that adventure.
When we were there, they were harvesting carrots that were DELISH! We thought it would be cool to take a pic of Clark in the field before it was harvested...
We got to spend lots of time with my grandma and grandpa, which made me really happy. We don't get to talk to them often, and they really enjoyed Clark running around there house (at least they pretended to!). We did so much that its hard to document it all. I think I will be doing a few more posts... :)

I love your pictures, the carrot field picture is such a cute idea. Glad you guys enjoyed your stay here it really was so fun to have you guys to play with, even when it involved leeches.
